Game Designer
Current• Working with a vast team of disciplined professionals including Producers, Artists, Developers, Customer support, Marketing, Social media, and the respective Leads to drive the vision of Creative/ Game directors.• Creating and maintaining level design documents which include game mechanics, game flow, and the rules plus definitions.• Charting out and defining all the in-game elements and components such as setting, structure, story, characters, objects, and other elements available to the game characters.• Doing extensive research to bring new ideas to the table.• Iterating and developing design prototypes and providing them to the team• Coordinating with Leads to ensure that the development is in sync with the design document and making sure that schedules are maintained by working closely with the producers, Artists, Game Developers, and QA engineers.• Driving the workforce to make sure that they understand and maintain the stakeholder vision, technical specifications, fun elements, and content for the games.• Working closely with the QA team, training them and ensuring what is expected of the finished product.
