- Led a complete overhaul of 'mPOS', a global payment app serving 300,000+ touchpoints across diverse businesses & sectors, including Amazon, BigBasket, Reliance Digital, & government institutions- Increased app performance through code optimization & efficient resource management, leading to reduction in support tickets- Conceptualized & designed the "Refer & Earn" feature during the Annual Hackathon contributing to an increase in customer acquisition- Effectively coordinated development, QA, & design teams to unblock progress, prioritize tasks, & meet critical milestones on time
