As a HR Intern at TATA Steel, my job mainly entailed looking at the EES survey and coming up with department based solutions to improve employee engagement. The process taught me immensely about data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving and was a fruitful experience.

I am currently leading the Indian branch of the 2023 Diana award winning organization Embrace Youth International. The nonprofit organization aims to work towards empowering the youth, the future generation, doing so by focusing on the SDGs set up by the United Nations. My role as the chapter lead involves getting talented and passionate people into the group, delegating roles and pulling off events like debates, MUNs and fundraising drives. The branch has successfully hosted an International Debate, has worked with other Student led non profits like WE Hope for awareness programs about the dying environment and is working towards having it's 2nd edition of the International Debate as a paid competition putting all of the proceedings onto helping other NGOs. I, as the Chapter Leader hope to continue to grow the Organization.

The Internship was mainly through the online forum, it focused on giving High School Students studying Psychology the opportunity to learn about various Psychological ideas and themes, it required active listening and engagement. Each of the Students had to raise awareness on certain topics learnt - for instance, on the topic of Mental Health, I wrote a Poem called 'Stronger' and shared it on all my social media platforms. It received much attention and was actively reshared. This internship was more of a learning experience to get into the Psychology field and workspace.

The role served as a good way to realize the value of connections. My role as the ambassador was to get people to participate in the IRMUN conferences, done through promotion in social media platforms and actively convincing individuals to participate in the conferences. It was an insightful experience in understanding the value of public relations (PR) as a whole, making this job an interesting and fascinating experience. I have since strengthened connections further to ease out the process of such ambassadorships.
