I wish to take a few moments of your time to introduce myself. My Name is Rishav Ranjan.I am a Law Graduate from KIIT School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha with a 5-year Integrated Law Course BBA LLB (Intellectual Property Hons.) degree.Presently working as Contract Analyst at Pramata. I have worked with Gulf Ashley Motor Limited (subsidiary of Ashok Leyland Limited) in the capacity of Legal Executive. I am managing legal, compliance and contractual management work of the company at Chennai and Pan India Branch Offices. I represent and coordinate with local advocates for company's legal and arbitration matters. I am also managing the company's Legal compliance work under different statutes both Union and State laws. To brief you on my past experiences. During the last semester of my degree course I was offered an opportunity to work in a Political Consulting and Strategy Management company. I worked with Jarvis Technology and Strategy Consulting P. Ltd  in the capacity of Legal & Operation Executive,  who was then managing  the 2019 Lok Sabha Election Campaign for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). I was handling Legal work of the company with respect to Agreement drafting, vetting, scrutiny & review of Legal Documents and in depth political research and analysis work.During my college period, I interned with reputed Law Firms, Intellectual Property Organisations, NGO/SHG, Chambers and Copyright Office (Government of India). I have work experience on matters related to Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Laws and Consumer Disputes. I researched different case laws and statutes during the course of my Internship.I am looking for opportunities in the Legal field with added compliance management work to put my professional experience, knowledge and interest of law into practical use.
