As a PGDM student at Great Lakes, I am honing my skills in business management, leadership, and strategic thinking. Prior to pursuing my management education, I worked as a Manager of Tata AIG auto claims, where I was responsible for technical and financial adjudication of claims. My background in mechanical engineering provided me with a solid foundation for understanding the technical aspects of auto claims, while my management experience enabled me to effectively handle the financial and administrative aspects of the claims process.During my tenure at Tata AIG, I developed expertise in analyzing claims data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements to optimize the claims adjudication process. I was also responsible for managing a team of claims analysts, and I developed strong leadership and team-building skills in this role.As a PGDM student at Great Lakes, I am building on my previous experience and expanding my knowledge in areas such as marketing, finance, and operations. I am eager to leverage my diverse skillset to tackle new challenges and drive growth and innovation in the business world.
