Leading strategy and commercial excellence for Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Philippines. Primary focus areas were developing the regional marketing talent, drive pricing effectiveness, sales & channel effectiveness and portfolio management.

Primary responsibility was to partner with the smaller businesses in ACS that did not have a dedicated strategy function and develop their strategy, organization structure, go to market model and investment plans. Also focused on developing a joint commercial plan across ACS businesses that had synergies around technology, customer base or channels.

Primary focus was developing market intelligence for the India leadership team around key verticals, customers and competitors and executing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the India organization to provide insights across all customer touch points (pre-sales, post sales and service)

- Business development for Dr Reddy’s entry in rural India (INDURA)- Developed the portfolio for the rural market based on interviews with over 200 doctors and distributors - Conducted camps across rural India to spread awareness of diseases and to train doctors - Explored opportunities to expand the business through partnerships with other organizations like rural hospitals, telemedicine providers, NGOs to reach out to a wider pool of patients

- Promoted to Senior Software Engineer within a year of joining against an average of 2.5 years - Consistently rated “Exceeds Expectations” in appraisals- Worked with multi-cultural teams across Ireland, USA and India on the development of ABB’s Network Platform Scanner used in the pulp & paper industry to monitor quality of finished paper - Owned one of the modules of the scanner and was responsible for its features, design, testing and maintenance - Mentored new recruits in understanding the architecture of ABB’s Network Platform Scanner and facilitated ramp up of the recruits in setting targets and meeting delivery milestones

- Worked on a module of iStore (an e-Commerce application to create Internet stores to sell products) - Developed features to improve and simplify the online shopping experience- Implemented a feature to allow users to download their shopping cart, edit it offline and upload the cart on logging in, creating value for repeat customers who had to otherwise log in and create a new cart every time
