Managed the risk and compliance for the Offshore Delivery Centres (ODC) with leading third party service providers in India. Have in depth exposure in designing and implementing compliance program; conducting regular compliance reviews, defining audit plans and strategy, reporting the audit results to internal and external stakeholders. Actively participated in defining the security related terms in Master Service Agreement and negotiations with the vendors. Conceptualized, planned and implements several initiatives for improving the control environment at the ODCs covering all aspects of security.

Involved in managing the Controling and reporting requirements for some of the functions outsourced to India.

Rishika assisted several multinational companies in establishing risk and compliance governance programs to effectively manage the outsourcing risk. Advised clients on development and strengthening of the risk and controls framework to manage the financial risks.
