•Preparing room service orders for delivery to guests’ rooms by recording order details in an electronic system or writing them on a receipt.•Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.•Knowledgeable to operate the hotels point of sales (POS) system, other order taking systems or hand held devices, inventory software etc.•Butler for VVIP guest and catered them all the service requirements. •Have been selected for the Management training program from the department.
