Currently, I’m working at FivD, a tech-based architecture design firm, specializing in:- Building Information Modeling (BIM): Developing detailed, data-rich models to streamline design and construction workflows.- Project Coordination: Managing collaboration among consultants and ensuring seamless integration of systems.----------:Key Projects at FivD:----------- 64-story Bank Tower: Designed a comprehensive BIM model, including detailed interiors, for this landmark project.- School Campus in California: Created a BIM model for future renovation planning.- Saudi Arabia Design Development Set: Collaborated with HKS to finalize design decisions and coordinate with consultants.----------Internship Experience----------During my 6-month internship at Novarch Consultants, I gained hands-on experience in:- Preparing Good for Construction Drawings for museums, factories, and corporate offices.- Coordinating with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing consultants for museum projects.- Collaborating with contractors and structural engineers to align project goals.- Developing urban proposals and contributing to an ASI project’s design.This experience sharpened my skills in managing stakeholder relationships, integrating various systems, and delivering designs that balance aesthetics and functionality.-------What Drives Me-------I believe in the power of observation as the foundation of impactful design.
