As Manager in the bus contracts area, my primary role has been to operationalise new 4th Generation bus contracts covering over 14 providers across South East Queensland. This has required developing and implementing a large program of work encompassing performance and finance systems, operational policy and administrative processes across 4 different branches of the organisation.My responsibilities with 4G contracts have been supplemented by the drafting, negotiation and finalisation of a new contract with Transport for Brisbane, including the extensive modelling and risk analysis of various proposals between parties as negotiations progressed. I have also been responsible for leading the program of work supporting the removal of Airport Services Contracts across Brisbane and major regional airports across the State. This work has required detailed legislation and regulatory analysis, together with an extensive engagement phase with Operators, Airports and Regional Offices in affected areas.
