Current- Manages a team of 30 associates, supporting them with daily operational tasks in terms of content moderation of client
- Ensuring optimal performance by teammates to pertain to the SLAs by the client.
- Regularly assess teammates' performance and provide constructive feedback and solutions.
- Coordinating sessions with the Wellness Department to ensure the teammate's well-being.
- Client servicing and ensuring the client receives what is promised.
- Coordination with several verticals of the business.
