CurrentManages a team of 30 associates , supporting them with daily operational tasks in terms of content moderation of client• Ensuring optimal performance by teammates to pertain to the SLAs by the client. • Regularly assess teammates' performance and provide constructive feedback and solutions.• Coordinating sessions with the Wellness Department to ensure the teammate's well-being.• Client servicing and ensuring the client receives what is promised.• Coordination with several verticals of the business.• Keeping track of the BQs and motivating them to enhance their everyday performance and efficiency.• Building relationships among employees by managing multiple weekly games and activities.
