Having spent the past few years working in a start-up environment, I have explored my capability to work on various projects and not limit myself to what I am technically trained for. This boosted my confidence to learn on the job and motivated me to adapt to the start-up ecosystem quickly. I have worked in varied fields over the course of 6 years. Starting from working as a Marketing and Design Head of Kohinoor Jewellers, a fine jewellery company in Delhi, where I pursued my interest for designing along with marketing the products in an highly unorganised sector. I went on to work for iOrganic, which is an organic food start-up. Having worked at it's product development stage, I am comfortable in understanding the needs to develop a new product and strategies to be adopted according to the ever changing consumer market in India today. My role was not limited to that of a marketing manager and this helped me take up various jobs across the organisation easily and excel in them through self teaching capabilities.My experience has taught me to be perseverant and to not let go of any situation , however difficult it may be. My consistency in work helped me grow as an individual and also professionally and gave me the confidence and wisdom to assess problems and deal with them pragmatically. Extensive use of internet and strong analytical skills helped me complete a number of research projects in order to launch new products swiftly.I thrive in rapidly growing innovative startups and am passionate to put in my best to help the organisation i work with to grow to new heights. Outside of work I love to travel, read, blog and drink coffee or do all of this together. I also like spending my free time solving sudoku and spend hours on net as a social media junkie.
