Krishify has created India's largest digital farmer community. In my work here I am handling various responsibilities from product management, business strategy, and expansion. A few highlights of my work at Krishify are below:-- Envisaged and curated the SAAS product with the tech team which helps agribusinesses to reach out and discover farmers for their product offerings. Onboarded more than 200 Clients on the tool within 3 months of its first iteration. Launched web and app versions of the tool. Created and managed the visions and roadmap and ensured successful and timely achievement of milestones- Established relationships with more than 30 companies and provided customized product offerings in terms of advertising and lead generation- Handled a team of 7 people and led various pilots like p2p marketplace, B2C e comm, and Advertising

I was appointed as Director of Plantix India in Nov 2020. Some key highlights of my role as a director were as follow:-- Managing day to day responsibility of running the business- Ensuring working capital alottment for business continuity- Strategizing on business priorities and next steps on the roadmap- Liasioning with external stakeholders for establishing new business opoortunities

I Joined Salesbee which was acquired by Plantix and renamed Plantix Agritech India Pvt Ltd. Here I wore multiple caps to establish sales and operation channels. I focussed majorly on leading planning and business partnership verticals. Some key highlights of my work at Plantix are as follow:-- Achieved a 6X YOY Growth with a team of 30 people achieving revenue worth 50 Cr- Ensure Inventory turnover ratio at 25X by better planning and execution.- Executed Product Changes to handle channel conflicts and ease the customer ordering process.-Established Partnerships with top manufacturers in the Agri space and ensure a cordial relationship with them. Secured better pricing with them through negotiation ensuring a higher margin- Expanded the business from a network of 500 to 30000 Retailers via a mix of Digital and ground onboarding

Analyzed pattern of price movement of various commodities and other raw materials using sources like Feed Info, commodity indexes and provided weekly statistical insights to top management to make informed decisionsConducted primary and secondary research to understand the market needs and thus proposed the introduction of a new product line of higher quality of poultry feed for the quality conscious feed customersVisited China and established a new supply chain to create vitamin premix by importing raw materials directly from the manufacturers thus saving middlemen charges of around 1.8 Crores per yearProposed and executed business decision of backward integration by procuring raw materials directly from farmers and setting up storage warehouses at strategic location hence reducing cost by 50 Lakhs per yearLed a team of 10 people and together achieved the target of procuring 20000 tonnes of maize at a prize difference of 2 % from the market rate by negotiating with various vendors making a saving of 60 LakhsEstablished relationship with manufacturers of feed raw materials in Europe and South America and periodically imported materials to our international plants in Nepal, Ghana and MyanmarAttended various international exhibition on poultry and pharma like VIV Bangkok, CPHI Bangkok, FIC China to find new global suppliers which can cater to the company’s plants at international sites
