Posting jobs in various web sites.• Screening and discussion with the Consultant/Vendor regarding the skill set and rate negotiation (Corp 2 Corp as well as on W2).• Calling and sent emails to the candidates regarding projects.• Discuss the project with the candidates and short-listing them base on their skills.• Salary discussion with the Consultant (Per Annum basis or Hourly Basis).• Collecting the details from the consultant on the Social Security Number (SSN No.)• Running the Credit Report and checking the background of the Consultant Whether having Good / Bad Credit.• Experience of Complete Life Cycle of Recruitment. Searching, Short listing, Interview Schedule, Till the Candidate Joins.• Database Search/ Reference Search/ Mass Mail and Personal Contact List.• Follow-up with the offered candidates till joining and post joining follow-up.
