• Litigation and Court Appearance: Practice, appear and argue before judicial such as District Courts of Delhi & High Court, quasi-judicial/tribunals such as Debt Recovery Tribunals, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal and National Company Law Board, forums like District Consumer Forums, State Commission and National Commission.• Drafting and Documentation: Actively involves in drafting civil, petitions such as plaint, written statement, rejoinder, evidence, written arguments, appeal, revision, miscellaneous applications, securitization application (S.A.), original application (O.A.), interim application, appeal pertaining to bank matters and consumer forum complaints. Besides this, I am also equipped in drafting complaints for cheque dishonor cases and legal notices.• Due Diligence Review: Assist as well as brief my seniors and clients about the cases and conduct research upon the topics assigned by my seniors. Read and prepare brief notes upon the judgments pertaining to the cases. • Advisory Services: Render advice to clients under the mentorship of seniors on the issues pertaining to their respective cases.• Specialization: Primarily in Civil Law but not restricted to property dispute cases. I am well versed with bank Sarfaesi matters, cheque dishonor under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and consumer dispute cases.
