Major Accomplishments:— Co-Leader of the business continuity committee responsible for developing policies, established standards not already in place and preparing for Joint Commission Certification. — Applied skills in change management to develop continuous improvement policies using needs assessments and monitoring procedures that allowed for better reporting and reduced audit deficiencies by 95%.— Fostered a culture of information sharing and open reporting of compliance violations at all levels of the organization. — Improved claims management along with employee management practices to successfully reduced company modification rates down to 0.6% and expenses more than 30%. — Developed internal records request and processing program that improved privacy of patient records and increased annual revenue by 5% (~$75,0000+/year).— Conducted annual reviews and exercises to identify gaps and adjust business continuity plans to align with company strategies, goals and objectives. — Utilize a variety of measurement tools to evaluate effectiveness of programs and identify needs and gaps to develop effective risk management strategies, monitor compliance, and take corrective action as needed. — Recognized for continuous employee development that resulted in key departments successfully maintaining operations this was particularly evident during the COVID-19 pandemic when staff levels fluctuated due to exposure quarantines and illnesses.
