Also, coordinate with supplier for placing weekly and monthly orders. • Manage recycling devices and coordinate with supplier. • Coordinate with the contractors for all PPM (HVAC, Pest Control, Plant maintenance, Fire System, etc....). Check the ATW before allowing any vendor onsite. • Coordinate with Landlord for any logistics, approval for all PPM, managing staff’s building access cards, parking.• Managing online tools to fulfill business requirements.• Managing and maintaining all IT Store and preparing Inventory for IT Equipment.• Managing all vendor support for IT Store –Supply, device Support and maintenance on Site. • Distributing and supplying, laptops and desktops etc to all regional offices when required.• Good command on English Language.
