ESGR, a Department of Defense program, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment. ESGR is a strong advocate for service members, their families, and employers to ensure all stakeholders benefit from the dedication and sacrifice of our Reserve Component service members in their pursuit to serve our country and maintain civilian careers.

SARCA's mission is to support the United States Army Reserve in its role as a vital component of the Army, to develop and mentor senior leaders of the Army Reserve and to provide a forum for dialogue among Army Reserve senior leaders.
