1. Report to APAC supply chain manager directly. Responsible for the order fulfillment and management for APAC customers, include the customers from Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, etc. Exceed the revenue target of responsible region for 3 quarters continuously. 2. Monitor and track international purchasing order with factories in US, Germany, Japan, etc. 3. Review backlog report every week; communicate with customers and factories to ensure on time delivery. 4. Process letter of credit order, issue the related LC document and shipping document, check the COO and certificate of factory to ensure the accuracy of all documents before submit to bank.5. Responsible for Singapore Hub daily operation, ensure the accuracy, timeliness of goods receipt and delivery. Support warehousing & storage management to achieve optimal logistics. 6. Develop and maintain procurement plan to ensure the optimal stock level in Singapore Hub. 7. Attend the SAP training in Hong Kong as a key user of APAC LED CSR team. Finish two weeks' user acceptance test in Hong Kong successfully. Accomplish the user manual of all SD modules for end user of the APAC CSR team. Organize the meeting and training of SAP operation in Hong Kong for the whole CSR team.

1. Responsible for communicating with the customers and answers the questions about the rule of the company. 2. Keep contacting with the sales and the customers to update the status of the orders in time. 3. Maintain the service repot in SAP and the other system; handle the international and internal exchange cases.4. Send the delivery notes to the logistic department to deliver the part to the customer, guarantee daily production and timely delivery. 5. Responsible for project processing, including quotation, part delivery, maintenance in SAP. Know how to catch different requirement more accurately via intercommunion with customers.
