Report directly to the Director of Flight Operations.Supervise and train all Flight Schedulers in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities.Ensure effective communication with Maintenance, Flight Schedulers and crewmembers for accurate and timely information about daily flight operation activities is shared with all associated parties.Produce monthly and yearly reports on crew and fleet hours and usage.Establish and maintain records of all flight activity and other supporting data. Keep historical records in sufficient detail and for appropriate periods of time to respond to internal and external audits.Verification of invoices associated to flight expenses.

Coordinates aircraft schedules according to crew and aircraft availability, mechanical requirements, weather, customs requests, and government regulations. Advises the appropriate personnel of potential changes, delays or cancellations.Liaise with Sales and Marketing Office for the scheduling of charter trips.Coordinate with passengers to determine and organize specific requirements;Coordinate with service provider for the preparation and submission of Operational Flight Plans, weather packages and NOTAMS.Coordinate with relevant agencies to obtain over flights and landing permits, as required.

To receive and process all invoices, expense reports and requests for payment.Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.Prepare cheques and wired transfers for payment.
