Fully responsible for 9th and 10th grade enrollment process from beginning to end: received 265 applicants, processed a lottery, had math and Spanish placement tests for all students, held Parent/Student Orientation, adjusted waiting list as students dropped, received and processed 165 enrollment packets,· Certified IEP translator· Learned and processed payroll (payment to all employees was once a month and paid in advance for the presentmonth).· Assisted other office staff with duties: handled copies, phone calls, messages, sent emails, made flyers, filing of cumulative records, handled tardy students, processed absences, book and uniform sales, attended parent concerns, set up parent conferences with teachers and administration, created and sent teleparent messages
