• Initial support for all inquiries through the IT help desk• Assist in the development of a comprehensive training plan for help desk procedures• Maintain liaison with network user and technical staff to communicate status of problem resolution to network user; log and track request for assistance related to supported systems, gather and log appropriate demographic data related to each request.• Enter calls in the call tracking system includingdetailed information and call classification.• Download and process files from other telecommunication providers into the company’s data base in order to generate invoices.
