I was a Workforce Professional at 2nd floor info desk. I greeted clients as they walked in. Helped them with applications they were wanting to apply for, took employer calls for business team and transferred to proper business team member, checked in veteran clients, TAA clients, and any appointments set for Administrative staff, including checking in interviewees, keep track for applications, and number of clients applying for jobs, kept an organized front-desk, etc. We moved locations and my duties changed tremendously. I am still a Workforce Professional but now I work at the Career Center. I am helping diverse customers with needs in job search, resume writing, applications, resource guidance, encouragement, and sometimes just a person they can vent to. I also teach a workshop.

case worker, processed food stamps, cash assistance, child care, and medical applications. Analized the data given to me through applications and processed to see if customers qualified for assistance. Did my own interviews, monthly reports, case load of 275- 300 customers. Managed clients phone calls on daily basis and made sure cash assistance clients were meeting their requirements.

Advocate for the women that needed help to get into safe home, court support, finding a place to live, Dr. Appt. rides, paperwork- stalking orders etc. Counseling.
