I’m someone who is naturally curious, loves learning from others and loves finding ways to make things better—whether that’s through technology, communication, or just helping someone solve a problem. My path has taken me through roles in quality assurance, technical support, customer service, and even as a consecutive interpreter, all of which have shaped how I connect with people and approach challenges.I truly enjoy working with others, understanding their needs, and helping them reach their goals. Along the way, I’ve discovered a passion for the human side of technology, where empathy and solutions meet. My UX/UI design training also opened up a creative space for me, teaching me the importance of design in making experiences feel intuitive and welcoming.Outside of work, I love exploring new skills, connecting with interesting people, and sharing ideas.
