• Prepare journals and book to QuickBooks.• Process payments (ACH / Wire / Cheques/ PayPal) to external vendors and prepare deposit.• Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile other relevant accounts.• Respond to and resolve all vendor and internal and external client inquiries. • Perform AR related account reconciliations and other month-end close processes.• Communicate with customers to resolve regular, invoicing, and collection issues.• Post intercompany transactions between subsidiaries in Canada and USA.• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual provincial and federal returns and remittance. • Calculate and prepare GST/HST, payroll and other government remittances. • Prepare quarterly and annual financial report to loan company.• Assisting in both internal and external audit inquires.• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data and ensure all accounts are recorded properly.• Support Controller to prepare all the documentation as required.• Prepare cash flow analysis, forecasting & Budgeting reports
