Trained and supervised on-site technical support staff and continue to oversee systems training and development curriculum.• Successfully implemented and migrated three Electronic Medical systems across the organization, with full integration to several clinical systems including e-pharmacy, therapy, radiology, labs, and point of service systems. • Partnered with operations leaders to design and distribute a customer satisfaction survey program with all-out recovery process and success metrics; worked with electronic medical record vendor to develop program within the EMR software.
