I’m an experienced Disaster Recovery practitioner with broad experience in Information Technology Service Management, specifically; Business Continuity, Vendor Management, Configuration Management Database, Problem Management, Change Management and Project Management/Analysis. Although my focus is in Disaster Recovery, I have had the opportunity to support, lead, collaborate, and inspire those around me. I believe that you should always look to continuous improvement in anything you do. I have also found that it’s important to build strong, collaborative relationships with key business partners. I’ve managed multiple, complex projects during my career, supporting application teams, infrastructure teams and business users.Over the years this has enabled me to work with a large number of vendors while supporting the business in achieving their goals. I’ve worked closely with Security, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Cloud, Release, and Architecture teams regarding changes to new and existing capabilities, features and functionality while enforcing operational governance and bringing awareness to the Disaster Recovery Program. If Disaster Recovery isn’t engrained in application development/deployment, process recovery is a pursuit instead of a practice.
