Rita Wadzanayi Raphael is currently the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at 3BL. She has vast experience in Secretarial and Administration work, having worked for three years at an Accounting Firm, spearheading and assisting clients with Company Registration. She then spent two years working for a local Bank, initially in the Sales and Marketing Department where she managed to introduce a number of companies to the bank and its services thus in turn growing the client base and eventually joined the Retail section of the same Bank. Rita has demonstrated and acquired great skills in Events Management, which includes Master of Ceremony roles and Event Planning, writing, brilliant concept and event theme formulation over the years. She is a professional Model, trained by Model Management International and has experience in doing Media and Promotional Adverts for some of Zimbabwe’s listed Companies. Rita has also been engaged with a local television broadcaster as a Presenter. She is currently studying towards a Diploma in Public Relations, where she intends to enhance her communication abilities.
