At Fors Marsh, leadership coaching is an integral part of my role as Associate Director of Employee Growth & Development. My mission is to foster a culture of continuous learning and development, driving the "endless pursuit of growth" within the organization. By implementing a 3-Tiered Leadership Development program and providing Executive Coaching, I've contributed to enhancing the organization capabilities and fostering a learning culture.With an expertise in career development at all levels, I leverage strength-based learning and knowledge sharing to ensure engagement and retention. The development and management of high-potential learning programs have been key in supporting career growth across departments. My approach is centered around creating learning plans tailored to individual and departmental needs, thereby strengthening our organizational fabric and enhancing overall performance.
