Dealing with a child with a disability is an overwhelming first-time experience for most parents. Raising a daughter with Autism and learning to embrace the challenges to find the silver lining has been a whole different life style. I began my journey twenty six years ago and it's been a rare opportunity to do what I'm good at while make a positive impact in the lives of others. Working in advocacy has been one of my life's passion and watching my daughter walk down the aisle graduating from Cal Poly Pomona has been one of the best highlights of my life.
