Provides high-level coordination for the day-to-day administrative and operational activities, assisting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Operations Leadership teams. Tracks program expenditures, manage employee leases, project manages maintenance tracking system, and organizes events or meetings related to the program.

Oversee daily operations for three building contractor offices in North Carolina and Washington, D.C. Supervise contract signings, liaison with lenders to confirm financing, and communicate with insurance carriers to verify coverage for commercial and residential construction, renovations, and demolitions.

Managed all aspects of the law office, including budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and supply ordering. Reconciled client accounts and handled balances and deposits. Met with clients to assess needs, researched and verified client information for court proceedings, followed up on retained services, and discussed case timelines.

Obtained US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and The National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) certifications. Managed office and maintenance staff. Completed recruit onboarding tasks, including applicant interviews, background checks, orientations, and performance reviews. Tracked rental payments and evictions to determine each property's financial progress.
