Increased audit coverage of field operations from 5% annually to 100% quarterly via development of automated dashboards that evaluated over 30 key performance metrics for 1,500+ rental locations. Led fraud investigations related to misappropriation of assets, theft of parts, falsification of rental and asset maintenance documentation, abuse of purchasing card privileges, etc. Collaborated with management, corporate security, and law department personnel to summarize investigation results to support terminations, criminal prosecution, and asset recovery / restitution.
