Dealing with departments in the municipality was essential and always apply to the continually changing local laws. Strategizing had a high priority due to constant changing competitive market and one year strategy in alignment with the vision became more realistic and showed competitive advantage, than the 3 year strategy.Guest surveys, market research, in person interview, exploring trends in major European cities was essential .The process resulted in out of the box thinking, delivering beyond expectation for guests and being ahead of the game from competition.I was not hired due to my education but essential leadership skills proven in a very young age.Key was to work well with a team and have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Strong knowledge of the company and its operation and vision was key for my success.
