Create test cases to address system requirements, technical specifications, functional testing, regression testing, negative testing, accessibility testing, exploratory testing, error/bug retests, and usability. Execute manual functional testing on multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android) based on understanding and analysis of the requirements. Identify, record, document, and track testing results using a defect management tools to ensure bugs/defects are resolved. Engage in Scrum and Kaban activities such as daily standup, sprint/backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint/iteration review and retrospective. Participate in walk-throughs, reviews and user group meetings for quality assurance to conduct final checks prior to pre-production release to ensure minimum acceptable standards and business requirements are met. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare release, and deploy release for the production environment to assess product performance.
