Project Sankalp (2010-2011)Overview: Cost saving project carried out to reduce Fan packing cost with new fittingsRoll: implementation of new packaging materials in assembly line and inform bottle necks to R&D dept.2. SAP implementation project (2014-2016)Overview: SAP implementation with introduction of batch and serial numbers.Roll: Create data sheet for man power involved at each stages of fan assembly for each models. Create Routing for each fan, BOM rectification and modification for each fan models (Including consumption rate), MRP run, plan order to production order conversion, Material Issue, Confirmation, and Delivery. And check physical consumption against SAP consumption .then periodic stock taking to find discrepancies and reconcile the stock.3.
