- Apply for and continuously control of landing permissions, clearances and traffic rights for all necessaryflights, to guarantee that landing permissions for Europe, North Africa and Middle East are promptly obtained in due time prior to departure of the flight.- Request, confirm and control all applications for airport slots, prior permissions, aircraft extension andfire and rescue category updated in order to ensure the safe operation of all international flights.- Ensure that all fuel supply is available at the airport that are not NetJets contracted.- Ensure that all flights are operated safely and efficiently.- Secure coordination and confirmation of slots / PPR- Request and confirm the slots and PPR for all of the flights to guarantee unparalleled airport access onschedule to the owners; Request customs and immigration clearances, extensions to airport hours andFire and Rescue category update whenever necessary and under slot responsibility, to ensure that all conditions are fulfilled to ensure smooth operation.

Check-in: Passenger service assistant is checking passenger tickets, passports and other documents at the ticket or gate counterBoarding: Responsible for coordinating the boarding of passengers into aircraft, as well as deplaning- Special assistances; documentation cross-check, luggage reconsolidation- Irregularities – overweight’s, delayed flights, cancelled flights, INAD’s, overbookings/oversolds

- Providing information, guidance, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft- Attending the “brief” and act on it- Conducting safety check before flight
