  New Product Introduction Engineer reporting to the research and development organization. Responsible for working with marketing, supply chain, and development to release new laser printer supplies into the market for both Lexmark branded and other equipment manufacturers. Specific responsibilities include:- Work with industrial design, development engineers and marketing on label placements and design for new supplies- Set priorities and lead a team of designers to create packaging artwork- Work with supply chain to establish a schedule of when product must be released into the system to insure product availability at time of announce- Participate on cross functional team and report status- Work with marketing to establish product numbering scheme- Work with development and product engineering on bill of material- Release sellable items into engineering system (Enovia)- Implement changes required for new regulations around the world- Work with product engineering on packaging cost reductions
