When I joined the company, Develonica was a newly established custom development company, a sub-brand of Softline Global Corporation. At the outset, it had 500 people from 2 purchased companies.Achievements:- Over a 5-months’ period, I built a strong recruiting team, developed and automated all the recruitment processes.
