Maintaining project files as required for periodic inspection by the Client, NJDEP, and permitting agencies, including tracking and maintaining construction cost and percent complete of the contractor’s work through use of a quantity book, spreadsheets or other acceptable means.Receiving, logging, distributing and filing (electronically and hard copy as required) all incoming and outgoing correspondence, submittals, requests for information, contractor payrolls, reports, invoices, delivery tickets, and other typical project records using SharePoint, Microsoft Excel and Word.Attending Project meetings, preparation and distribution of project meeting minutes.Assisting the Resident Engineer in evaluation of contractor change order requests and preparation of change order documentation.Assisting the Resident Engineer in preparation of monthly progress reports for the Client.Coordination with field inspection staff for receiving, reviewing, pay quantity data input and filing daily inspection reports.Coordination with field staff in maintaining a red line as‐built field set of drawings.Coordination with field personal and Resident Engineer reviewing incoming equipment, deliverables and supplies (i.e. steel rebar, sheet substrates).
