I contributed to the creation and execution of a robust talent management strategy that aligned with the organization's vision and values, and enhanced the employee experience and retention.My academic background in Human resources, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Entrepreneurship (MBA) from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Chennai, and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Adhiyaman College of Engineering. I am multilingual, I can converse in English, Malayalam,Hindi and Tamil. I am also in the process of learning French. I have a passion for poetry writing.
