In Catalina Marketing my position was officially called Client Consultant, but I was a Project Manager in all effects. I was responsible for the realization of complex marketing campaigns aimed at helping my clients reach their specific sales and consumer targets by providing them custom-made solutions. I followed every step of my campaigns, from taking the brief, through the set-up and implementation of the campaign, monitoring of ongoing results, proposal of improvements to the original set up, updates to the clients, till the final analysis of the results. Once the campaign was over, I kept track of its performance for the following year to make sure it had an impact in the long term. I have learnt how to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders, how to manage time and stress and also how to work under pressure with strict deadlines.

As a Business Analyst in the Nielsen Company, I gained precious knowledge of the Nielsen market indicators (market track). I analyzed upon request specific market and category dynamics and trends, prices, promotions, distribution levels and new product launches’ performance. Moreover, I carried out special analysis on consumer behavior like social-demographical analysis, new-lost-retained buyers’ analysis and consumer survey analysis as well. Thanks to the experience in Nielsen, I acquired excellent analytical and presentation skills. This job also required a high level of precision.

I had the same responsibilities as later in the Nielsen Milan office. In addition, in Budapest I took part in organizing company events and had some tasks regarding Human Resources management. I also oversaw training and mentoring of new colleagues.

During my internship as an Accounts Receivable Accountant, I took part in processing AR transactions in SAP and I helped in the preparations for a comprehensive company audit.

My main role as an Italian Customer Service Representative was to answer to customers’ inquires in a polite and efficient manner.

As an Accounts Payable accountant, I had to book invoices in Oracle and run daily and monthly reports.
