Under the supervision of the Director of Patents and Legal Affairs, I am the sole support for providing full administrative/paralegal assistance to in-house patent agents

• Manage all in-coming mail and electroning correspondance (open, stamp, scan and save) highlight deadline/sensitive matter and identify appropriate course of action, manage the fiilng systems and its follow-up;
• Answer in-coming calls and maintain the agendas and calendars, organize meetings, conference calls and conference rooms reservations;
• Manage deadlines and ensure such deadlines are being anwered in due time by department professionals;
• Creation of presentations, tables and reports;
• Answer autonomously to various official correspondance;
• Composition, translation and review of documents;
