Responsible for producing and implementing standard operating/ testing procedures.  Responsible for monitoring & maintaining routine subsea operations and troubleshooting equipment in compliance with company's standard. Preparing Subsea operational spare parts as well as critical spare parts including keeping an up to date inventory.

 Responsible for End of well (EOW) Planning, repairing, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of equipments in compliance with company’s standard. Handling operations related activities involving resource planning, preventive and breakdown maintenance, in process inspection and coordination with internal departments. Accountable for conducting equipment servicing, spare management & monitoring stock level also responsible for training and supervising technician in safe work habits. Performing Electro-Hydraulic &pneumatic maintenance on marine riser, tensioner systems, blowout preventer, drilling motion compensation and C&K manifold equipment. Performing engineering calculations with respect to equipment limitations as an ongoing operational requirement. Handling management and execution of daily and weekly maintenance activities, performing fault diagnosis and system repair. Performing retrofit modification projects. Ensuring adherence to work based HSE requirements, daily composition of permit-to-work (PTW), Job-safe analysis (JSA) and task-based risk assessments. Involved in the supervision of factory acceptance (FAT), integration (SIT), commissioning and sea trails acceptance throughout the vessels new-build process. Verifying spare parts, consumable items, required for subsea and motion compensation equipment of the vessels and report to the supervisor on board the relevant quantities and possible required critical spare parts not in stock. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, supervising engineering and technical staff, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifying the system as & when necessary to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditure.

Singapore/India

Equipment includes: - Mux Hydril Bop 15M with MPL locks, Cameron MUX III control systems, Control flow wireline tensioner & CMC, Cameron riser systems, FMC choke manifold. Prepared Subsea operational spare parts as well as critical spare parts including keeping an up to date inventory. Ensured breakdown maintenance of all utilities, equipments, repair of new equipments and inventory control. Participated in meetings and ensured safe working environment.  Involved in the inspection of vendors works to check the facility and capability of vendor. Planned commissioning spares and maintenance inventory.

Responsible for producing and implementing standard operating/ testing procedures.  Extensive experience on Cameron TL 15M 6 Cavity BOP with ST Locks, Cameron DL Annular, Cameron MUX III control system, Techdrill Choke Manifold, Cameron Loadking 3.5 Riser system, Aker Direct Acting Tensioners, Cameron HPU with Hammelmann pumps and Fluid recovery unit.  Responsible for monitoring & maintaining routine subsea operations and troubleshooting hydraulic & electrical controls system. Good experience in SPS, overhaul and 5yearly recertification of BOP (COC) and its parts. - Troubleshooting and Maintenance experience on rig floor equipments NOV Topdrive HPS1000, Drawworks, SSGD 1000, Hydaracker, Hydratong, Maintenance basket, Hydraulic winches & manriders, Riser and pipe catwalk machine, Mud Pump 14P 220, Agitators, all Rotary and static equipment.- Hands on experience on 85ton Knuckle Boom crane, riser and gripper yoke.- Troubleshooting and maintenance of hydraulic components and power pack units. - Successfully achieved 5yearly complete overhaul on TDS, Drawworks, Mud pump, Crown block & CMC, replace hydraulic components. - Achieved shipyard shutdown & major upgrade projects successfully, liaised directly with vendors during commissioning, solving various technical and design problems.- Assist Subsea department in performing maintenance on Shaffer BOP 18-3/4”, 15000psi, riser tensioners, CMC, Bop gantry crane & maintaining various hydraulic & mechanical components for subsea onboard.- Building of equipment structure tree as well as preparation of operational/critical spare parts. Reviewing operational procedures as per latest O&G industry standards. - Follow up installation of new waste management system with regards to zero discharge of drilling unit.- Formulating/respecting budgets and deadlines ensuing that these meet project objectives. - Maintain inventory of hydraulic hoses and standard hydraulic fittings such as JIC, SAE, BSP, Metric, NPT and DIN. - Well versed with company maintenance system IFS, Synergie & DODA
