In the case of zero availability with MFG or OEM, We offer spare from well-reputed Aftermarket suppliers.We don't ask to pay "Core deposit upfront" if purchase on Exchange program.Warranty / Guaranty as per OEM / Supplier.We offer customs clearance in Delhi as well as in Mumbai port using our own CHA "AOG Services" & AOG Logistics".All custom clearance will be done HSS & Undertaking clearance.Customs Duty will be born by End User directly with Custom Handling Agent.We use our own DHL / FedEx Account for import and charge import freight at actual ( Our Discounted Rate).All our shipment land in Delhi in Cargo Mode so very next day your shipment can get clear from custom subject to Original Paperwork is ready for submission and IGST been paid on time. Any delay which causes Storage/damage charges which will be end-user responsibility.  We have 24x7 AOG service and can move AOG shipment through "Sterling Courier" or through "Direct Airline". We don't charge any AOG Fee.All our Offer "EXW-SUPPLIER FACILITY".Any relative authority approval required for DG / Hazmat Shipment we can assist our Customers to get certification from the authority at "No cost".We also provide the support to our customer by helping them return the Exchange core back to the supplier/OEM using our DHL / FedEx Export Account and we charge export freight at actual ( our discounted rate).
