NATURE OF DUTIES-Supervise package quality and sanitation technicians during respective shifts to assure that monitoring and scheduled work is being completed as directed -Supervise and sign off on all monitoring performed by the sanitation and package quality personnel-Assure that all products produced during respective shifts meet quality standards-Supervise all testing performed and results observed during each shift and report deviance's immediately to respective management as necessary -Supervise Sunday sanitation and cleaning activities as scheduled and any special activities as they arise -Communicate effectively with production personnel during shifts -Participate in and present training programs as assigned-Department representative for updating Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Check Sheets-Carry out scheduled training for department members - Update Water Systems Manager on daily basis about quality and sanitary issues- Relieve Water Systems Manager from time to time whenever he is out of office- Verifying Chemical, Hot & Ozone CIP and also doing Swab test analysis. - Doing chemical (hydrogen peroxide, Oxania Active, Superstone Kleen, Pro-chlor, Topax 620, Hydrofluoric Acid) calculation for correct volume usage in CIP’s.- Prepare water yield and charts for CIP loss, CIP time taken, line waste and other waste for morning meetings. Also prepare Monday Water Systems Operations Report-Other duties as assigned

NATURE OF DUTIES -Sanitation of fillers as scheduled per shift by carrying out external cleaning, hot and ozone flush -Weekend CIP, by chemical flushing, thorough external cleaning, hot and ozone flush -Sanitation of new equipments that will be used in the filler -Monitoring of vestibules (footbath and disposables)-Monitoring of chemical stations-Monitoring of all the filter pressure -Attending breakdowns and carrying out relevant sanitation after the break down
