Manging the Retail and Distribution business in Oman

My first exposure to managing the electronic retail chain- end to end. Managing all the functions of retail enhanced my confidence and ability to manage things independently.

I did the set up of Cash & carry store in Chhattisgarh and later managed the Sales and Distribution for over 100 brands of FMCG and other products. Made the operations profitable in the very first year of operations. Built a wide network of dealers and retailer alongwith Corporate and HoReCa customers

This is the job which gave me varied experience in retail and helped me become a strong retail professional. Handled various formats - Hypermarket, Fashion stores, Electronic stores, Furniture stores.
