Rhythm Neuropsychiatry Hospital is a 25 bedded private hospital . I am currently working here as a consultant psychiatrist. I look after out patients , in-patients and patients presenting to ER department. Usually my day starts with morning meeting getting 24 hrs update from house officer , nursing incharge and supervisors. I take clincial rounds in the wards. I am responsible for addressing any issues in wards both medical and non medical. I am given administrative responsibilities too. I coordinate with all the staffs , supervise and monitor them. I suggest necessary changes to be made to run the department smoothly. I have to teach students of certificate level nursing, bachelor nursing , health assistant who come to our hospital for their clinical posting . I have to do clinical audits also. Hence , overall I have clinical , teaching and administrative experience working here. I am responsible for overall functioning of the hospital. Being is a major leadership role, It is my responsibility to see if all the services of the hospital are running smoothly.
