In2016, DelVal Flow Controls Pvt Ltd, took over the business of its former JV partner and formed a wholly owned subsidiary in the United States called DelVal Flow Controls USA, LLC. Over the past 15 years, DelVal has grown tremendously in sales and operations. The company, staffing over 400 employees, manufactures butterfly valves, ball valves, pneumatic actuators and valve automation systems at its manufacturing plant located near Pune, India.
