◦ Working as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in cost and risk consultancy.◦Within my role, I am tasked with intricately estimating a wide array of Pre-contract projects, utilizing sophisticatedsoftware tools such as iTWo Cost-X Software, Revu Blue Beam Software, MS Power BI Tool, and MS Excel toenhance precision and efficiency in the estimation process.◦I have gained experience across various domains, including interior construction, interior finishes, facade androofing, structural work, and site work or landscape encompassing both hardscape and softscape, all within thescope of CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) projects.◦ I have been involved in various types of construction projects, including residential, commercial, hospitals,academics, data centers, museums, performing arts buildings, etc.◦ While actively participating in project work, engaged in kickoff calls with the US team to receive project briefings and discuss assumptions. Additionally, prepared the list of assumptions or qualification sheet made and raised RFI’s (Requests for Information) throughout the project duration to ensure the best and most efficient compilation of projects.
