Eureka Energy Limited is an Australian Stock Exchange Listed (ASX:EKA) oil and gas company focused on exploration and production activities in the Eagle Ford Shale, North America.Current projects include:Sugarloaf AMI (6.25% equity / 24,743 gross acres): 24 wells producing, full field development ongoing with up to a further 250 wells planned.Pan de Azucar (100% equity / 675 gross acres + 9.4% equity / 916 gross acres): First well in the Pan de Azucar acreage has demonstrated the resource potential. Further drilling anticipated in 2012.Brioche (100% equity / 4,460 gross acres): Acquired in 2011 in the emerging NE part of the Eagle Ford shale trend. Technical studies confirm the prerequisites for a successful Eagle Ford Shale Project. First well expected in 2012Ritika's role as a consultant to Eureka was assisting Eureka Energy with the takeover offer by Aurora Oil & Gas, including cash flow analysis, modelling and preparation of the Target's Statement. The contract role ended upon Aurora taking majority control in Eureka.
